What a nice peaceful day in Arizona. Beautiful weather and no activities to break the peace.
Spent the whole day just being lazy. Doctor in AM to find out why I can't walk without pain. I'll let you all know what happens.

Lazy Day

After taking Sam for her walk, it was time for Bocce Ball. For a change, my team won both games. Returned Janee's dishes from last nights dinner. Later I got a quickie from Janee. A quick lesson in putting pictures in my blog, not what you were thinking you pervert. Then I came home and practiced what she taught me. Worked exactly like she said it would. I know, I know, you don't see any pictures. I need to have a good day of doing something that I can take pictures of first. Spent the early afternoon and evening watching the NCAA tournament on the tube. Then nighty night.

Family's Gone

This morning I went to the La Quinta Inn and sat by the pool while Sara and Patrick swam. MaryAnn sat by the pool, in a different location, and threw "torpedoes" into the pool for the kids to dive and retrieve. Later we went to Denny's for breakfast with Tim and Lynne. They then packed their car and headed back to Denver. I went to Janee's house and we took both of our cars to the car wash. Later, Janee came over for dinner and brought an Artichoke. Never tasted one before. Not bad, but not much flavor either. We shared a bottle of wine with dinner and watched "Wife Swap" and "The Nanny", two of Janee's favorite shows. Janee went home and I watched some taped shows while drinking a couple of Coors Lights.

OOOPS Part 2

Some day I'll get the hang of this blog thing and remember to post on the correct day. Anyway, Thursday was good. Bocce ball in the morning. Then sat and waited for the delivery of my new furniture. My lady luck (Janee) showed up a little later and while we were talking what should happen to appear but a delivery truck. The love seat and recliner were nicer than I thought they would be. Pretty and comfortable. After sitting and using all of the furniture's positions for awhile, Janee left and I sat and waited for my family to arrive. Tim, Lynne, Sara, Patrick and MaryAnn arrived a little after 4:00. We visited for a short time and then headed to the pool so the kids could swim. We had dinner at the Texas Roadhouse and agreed to meet for breakfast in the morning.

OOPS

Only the third day and already forgot to post anything. Yesterday, Wednesday, was the last of the Rockies spring training home games. I was unfortunate enough to see them lose to the Diamondbacks. So that's the end pf Spring baseball. Last night Janee and I went to Mimi's for dinner. I was coerced into eating Artichoke and ? appetizer. Amazingly, it was very good. Afterwards we went to Cold Stone and had some of their delicious ice cream. A great ending to a day with a bad afternoon.

Today I went to the Hiking Clubs picnic at Agua Caliente Park. Beautiful spot. Never been there before. Janee arrived with the group that had gone for a short hike. I arrived with Janee's Strawberry Pie. Food was great. Pot lucks almost always are. Afterwords I was going to try and finish staining Janee's deck. However she thought it was to hot. Besides she didn't want me to come over. Tonight I went to play regular Tuesday night pinochle. I think I ended up near the bottom of the scoring. Now it's time for beer and watch the shows on the recorder.

Where Have I been?

I'm just now figuring out how to post to this site. If this works I'll keep on trying to update it daily.
