They Really Did It

The "kids" finally really left about 9:30 am Wednesday morning. Ending their first day on the road together in Las Cruces, New Mexico at 4:00 pm. That's about six and one half hours. Not bad for Janee who swore she almost never went over five hours (10:00 am to 3:00 pm) a day driving. I guess HE didn't want to stop that early and whatever HE says goes. Janee told me not to guess at the future in my blog. But I'm going to make a hopeful prediction anyway. I hope this summer will cause her to temper her feelings for HIM. It's not a win/win siutuation for her.

As for me, hopefully I will get my shit together and control my emotions. It's going to be a long lonely summer.

I finally found an eye doctor and had my eyes checked yesterday. Healthy eyes and a very small change in vision since last check-up, 2 years ago. My current lenses are scratched so I ordered new ones. Delivery in about 1 1/2 weeks. Back is doing very well. Almost no pain for the last two days.
